PSC Construction, Road Bridge and Irrigation Co., Ltd. was created by Mr. Sivichai Chelthachak and was registered as an investment on November 14, 2019, which operates under the laws of the Lao PDR. The initial registered capital is 10 billion kip. The initial business is the mining of ore-sand to supply the construction project, bridge-road, construction of buildings, construction of bridges, roads, irrigation and electricity in Xayabuli province.

In 2022, the company started to expand its business and contract the construction of bridges, roads and buildings in Bokeo province and has completed the construction of many bridges, roads, buildings and electricity and most importantly completed the construction of a strategic road in Pak Tha district, Bokeo province.

Until 2024, PSC Construction, Road Bridge and Irrigation Company Limited has been successful in operating various types of business, so it changed its name to PSC Group Company Limited, increased its capital from 10 billion kip to 20 billion kip and conducted business according to the goal of building and developing the nation.
